Was a bit skeptical about the G10 scales feeling too rough, but they've got just enough texture to give a solid grip without chewing up my pocket. The blade came razor sharp and the slide-lock opens with a satisfying click every time.

The slide-lock mechanism is so smooth it’s almost addictive to fidget with, and the VG-10 blade came razor sharp out of the box. I’ve been carrying it for a week and the Micarta scales already started developing a nice patina.
