Unser 66° NORTH MAVERICKS wurde speziell für extreme Bedingungen entwickelt und ist jetzt als Limited Edition in auffälligem Orange erhältlich. Es kann beispielsweise als Basislager oder Gruppenzelt genutzt werden. Es hat eine Innenhöhe von zwei Metern und eine Grundfläche von über 13 Quadratmetern. Das gesamte Zelt kann von einer Person in sehr kurzer Zeit aufgebaut werden. Seine spezielle geodätische Struktur ist für Windgeschwindigkeiten von bis zu 180 km/h ausgelegt. Es wurde beim RedBull Storm Chase eingesetzt – der extremsten Windsurf-Herausforderung.

Set this tent up in about 15 minutes on a rocky ridge, and the orange panels made it easy to spot from a distance. For a four-season model, the ventilation was surprisingly good even with the fly fully on. Really glad I grabbed the limited edition while it was available.
