Went from shivering in spring gusts to sleeping through a full snow squall last weekend, and the extra layer seals off drafts far better than I expected. The clips align perfectly with the existing frame, so no wrestling with poles in the dark.
Finally got the winter inner for the same tent and the difference at night is huge—no more drafts sneaking in from the zipper area. The fabric feels noticeably thicker and it held up great during a frosty weekend, so I’m glad I can use the same shell year-round now.
Swapped out the three-season inner for this winter version and it fits perfectly, turning the tent into a true four-season setup. The extra coverage really cut the draft on a windy night, and I stayed warm down to freezing. Worth the upgrade for year-round use.
