Uusi Backdoor Castlerock perustuu todistettuun edeltäjäänsä ja on jälleen yksi askel eteenpäin materiaalikehityksessämme. Ensimmäistä kertaa käytössä on silikonipinnoitettu kankaan suojapeite, jossa on PFAS-vapaa C0-vedenhylkivyys. C0-käsittely saa veden helmeilemään ja valumaan pois ilman haitallisia fluorokemikaaleja. Ulkopuolen silikonipinnoite takaa pidempään kestävän vedenhylkivyyden, kun taas sisäpuolen PU-pinnoite varmistaa täydellisen vesitiiviyden. Samalla silikonikerros lisää repeytymis- ja vetolujuutta, parantaen siten kestävyyttä ja kylmänkestävyyttä. 4-hengen perheteltta on tumma ja hillityn näköinen, jotta se sulautuu huomaamattomasti luontoon.
