Vaikka tuotteissamme käytetään erittäin kestäviä materiaaleja ja asetamme korkeat vaatimukset niiden kestävyydelle, ne eivät tietenkään ole tuhoutumattomia. Vuodon sattuessa voit korjata IDG:n jokaisen yksittäisen osan itse mukana toimitetulla korjaussarjalla. On kuitenkin olemassa reikiä, joita on vaikea korjata. Näitä harvinaisia tapauksia varten voit tilata uuden vaihtoputken, jotta saat telttasi taas täysin toimintakuntoon mahdollisimman nopeasti.

I've been through three different tents over the years and this is the first strut that actually feels like it'll hold up to real weather, the material is noticeably thicker than what I'm used to. Replacing the old one took maybe ten minutes and now the whole structure is solid again, no more worryi

Our old strut finally gave out after a storm bent it sideways, and this replacement clicked right into place with zero fuss. The extra robust material feels noticeably sturdier than the original, so I'm trusting it for another season of camping trips.

Bought this as a spare for our tent pole after a camping trip bent one of the originals, and the replacement fit perfectly with no fiddling needed. The material feels sturdy enough for rough handling, though I wish the package had included a second one for emergencies.
