Took this on a muddy trail run and the strap adjustment held perfectly the whole time, even when the pack was fully loaded. The 20L size is just right for a day out, and the dark gray hides dirt better than I expected.

The 20L size is perfect for my daily commute and weekend hikes, and the dark gray fabric hides scuffs way better than my old bright-colored pack. The mix of materials gives it a sturdy feel without being heavy, which is exactly what I needed.

The zipper pulls along the main compartment feel a bit stiff at first, but they've loosened up nicely after a week or so. Color is a true dark gray that doesn’t show scuffs.
