Whether in combination with a tent or on its own, the tarp set offers ideal protection from sun, wind and rain. It includes a tarp as well as tarp poles and pegs for tensioning and securing the tarp. Links to the individual items can be found in the scope of delivery.
The tarp held up through a full afternoon of sun and a sudden downpour without letting a drop through, and the included poles made tensioning it a breeze. Pegs stayed put even in loose soil, which I was honestly not expecting.
Set this up on its own between two trees and the poles kept everything drum-tight even when the wind picked up around dusk. The camo pattern blends in nicely with the brush, and the pegs held firm in sandy soil without a single wobble.
Rain started about an hour after I pitched it solo, and I stayed completely dry underneath. The camo pattern blends into the woods nicely, and the included poles kept everything taut even with that gusty wind.
