The zipper pulls are satisfyingly tactile and the dark gray-green color hides dirt well for a daily commuter. Carried it through rain on my bike and everything inside stayed dry.
The main compartment opens wide enough that I can actually see everything inside without digging around blind, which is rare for a 20-liter pack. The dark gray-green color looks even better in person than on screen, and the stretchy outer pocket has already swallowed a wet rain shell without complai
The fabric has this subtle stretch to it that makes it hug your back without feeling tight, and the 20L size swallows my daily commute gear plus a change of clothes for the gym. I've worn it on rainy mornings and the contents stayed dry, which sold me on the material choice.
